Night Nurse was a club favourite that also became a hit for Simply Red, reaching 13 in the UK singles chart in 1997 and taking Isaac's work to a wider audience. The New York Times wrote that Isaacs was the most exquisite vocalist in reggae, and it is well in evidence on this collection.
